Contiguous USA Only: FKS Reset ships exclusively to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, or international destinations.

Fulfillment: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $65.
Processing & Fulfillment: All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Returns
The FKS Reset Guarantee
We offer a 30-Day Reset Guarantee on first-time orders. Because our formulas work best over time, we ask that you use them consistently for at least 2 weeks to begin to feel the benefits. If you aren't satisfied within 30 days from date of purchase, simply contact us for a one-time credit/refund for your first bottle.
No Physical Returns To maintain strict safety and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns for "change of mind".
Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please send a photo to our support email (hello@fksreset.com) within 48 hours for an immediate replacement.
Refunds Once your request is evaluated and approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
