Processing & Fulfillment

• All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the following tiers:

Shipping Restrictions

• FKS Reset currently ships exclusively to the 48 contiguous United States.

• We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

• You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.

• The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages: If your order arrives damaged, please send a photo to hello@fksreset.com within 48 hours for an immediate replacement.
